Caching Issue Preventing Access to A Music Streaming Website

Dear Opera Mini Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. My blog is mostly about music streaming and Im contacting you to ask for your help with a persistent problem Im having with Opera Mini when attempting to access it.
Ive recently discovered that users of Opera Mini cant properly access or stream my blogs music. It seems that the browsers caching system is the cause of the issue. Older or insufficient cached versions are being served to users when they visit the website which can lead to unresponsive streaming interfaces missing audio files or malfunctioning functionality. Clearing the cache in Opera Mini occasionally fixes the problem momentarily but it keeps happening.
This is not a problem with other browsers. My blog depends largely on timely access to audio content and a seamless user experience so this caching problem is having a big impact on user engagement and traffic particularly from areas where Opera Mini is popular because of its data-saving capabilities.
I respectfully ask for your advice or any potential fixes to deal with this problem.
Is there a way to disable caching for particular media files or pages when accessed via Opera Mini or are there any recommended practices HTTP headers or cache-control settings I should customize for Opera Mini specifically to avoid aggressive caching or force the loading of new content? In order to guarantee Opera Mini users have continuous access to my streaming services your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
