groupbuytools.com instead of google.com when doing searches

HIi.
So, I have this issue that everytime I search anything, not Google.com shows up, but this grouptools.com thing. I have checked, the settings SHOULD lead me to Google, but they don't.
Does anyone have the same issue or can help me?

@Peeker3 Disable all extensions and mods. Also check your system for malware.

@Peeker3 If you use a different search engine, the same happens?
